Michael floated up to the top of Cthulhu, seeing a lone Fairy atop its peak."Vivi," he called out to her.

The Pixie Queen turned to him with an enthusiasm like that of a loyal dog. Even now, Michael was still surprised that she was a Supreme Being on the likes of those giants overseas.

You mean to tell me that Vivi's on the same level as the Ocean King, who can control the entirety of the seven seas?

It didn't make sense to him. However, he was glad that she was still the same as before. She was a friend and an ally.

"Michael! You're finally back in our Nation, huh? You've been too busy to play with us!"

Vivi and the rest of the Fairies made the rollercoaster their permanent playing ground. They feasted on the fears and screams and excitement being produced every single time people rode on the rollercoaster.

And it looked like they were being fed well. The Fairies were looking a lot more… vibrant. It 's as if before, they were just as bright as a little firefly. But now, they were actually like stars in the open air. It was quite an extravagant view, which Michael guessed was the reason why there were so many visitors in the rollercoaster everyday.

Vivi, even more so. If it weren't for the sun blaring its rays above her, she would have been shining like her own sun.

"I'm glad to be back," he said to her. "Can you explain something to me?"

Vivi's cute head tilted to the side. "About what?"

And then, he talked about the evolution and Awakening of the Fairies, which was impossible before.

"Even most of the Dwarves are able to evolve now," Michael said off-handedly. "Do you have any idea as to why?"

Vivi flew over towards him, zipping around like a little fly. She inspected his body with a lot of scrutiny, as if there was something about him that was interesting to her.

And eventually, she turned to his chest.

Michael felt a little bit flustered as Vivi hugged his chest and closed her eyes.

"He–hey!"

"Don't move," Vivi said seriously. "I'm trying to hear something."

And since she was busy, he didn't disturb her. After a few seconds lapsed, she suddenly opened her eyes wide and looked at Michael with excitement in her eyes.

"OH! HAHAHAHAHAHA! You're… you're starting to become like me!" she exclaimed.

Michael was still clueless. "I don't want to be a fairy," he said.

Vivi laughed at his joke.

"No, seriously, tell me. What am I become like?"

The Pixie Queen turned her head away from him, stifling a laugh. She was snickering at him. And there, he could see the mischievousness flash across her eyes. He could tell that he wouldn't be able to make her spill the beans so easily.

"Hehehehehe… you're… you're… hehehehe."

She was feasting on his curiosity, Michael realized. She was having fun teasing him like this.

"Come on, tell me. Or else I won't start construction on the other rollercoasters," he said.

Vivi put her hands behind her back, looking up. "Hmmm, let me see. I'll tell you, only if you do…"

She whispered her terms to him. Michael sighed and eventually agreed.

"Great!" she exclaimed.

"Now, tell me—"

But before he could finish his words, Vivi turned towards the Fairies down below following the rollercoaster ride as it was about to enter Cthulhu's mouth.

"He agreed! Let's go girls!"

And as soon as she said that, the Fairies abandoned the rollercoaster and took off into the horizon. Towards the Nation of Reborn in the East.

"Vivi!" he called out to her.

The Pixie Queen, flying behind her Fairies, turned around to face Michael while still flying.

"There's only one reason why someone other than me is able to extend their influence on the Fairies," Vivi said.

Fairies were supposed to be in her domain. He shouldn't be able to Awaken them. No one could.

"That's only if they're on the same level as me. You're becoming who you're supposed to be, Michael," Vivi shouted. "You're becoming a Supreme Being!"

Michael's jaws dropped to the floor. But before he could ask for more, Vivi and the Fairies disappeared into the Nation of Reborn.

What.

He was becoming a Supreme Being? What did that even mean?

He didn't know much about Supreme Beings. All he was told was that they were the pinnacle of their respective species. They were at the top of the food chain, controlling everything in their domain.

They were different from Nascent Spirit cultivators, or the supposed realm beyond that.

They were something more.

The Ocean King controlled the seas and all the Mermen. The Pixie Queen controlled all the Fairies. The Draconian Queen controlled all Draconians… and so on and so forth.

Then, if he was going to be a Supreme Being, then did that mean that he was…

The thought seemed too far-fetched.

However, it would make sense as to how he was suddenly able to awaken species he wasn't able to before.

Me? I'm going to be the Supreme Being for all humans? Nah. Nah, nah, nah.

Vivi was probably lying, right? She was mischievous. She would lie to him so that she could see that look on his face, as he had now.
